The Austrian Federal Railways are facing another accusation by the Federal Competition Authority. Rail Cargo is said to have abused its market power.

The accusation against the freight subsidiary of the ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), Rail Cargo Austria (RCA) concerns the abuse of its market position since 2004, according to a report by the magazine "Format”.
