5. How can I manage information about me?

You can manage the content and information you share through your Vindobona account. We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted.

6. Personal Data Removal Request: How can I delete information about me? General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

You can delete your account and your personal data associated with your account at any time. You may ask us to delete the personal data we have collected about you.

Verification of Your Identity: We have to verify your identity before we can give you access to or delete your personal data. If we can’t verify your identity, we’ll unfortunately have to deny your request. This is to protect you.

When you delete your account, we also delete things you have posted.

If you want to delete your account, please inform us via our secure contact page.

You may use following filled in template to inform us about your desire: "I am hereby requesting immediate erasure of personal data concerning me according to Article 17 GDPR. [Please erase all personal data concerning me as defined by Article 4(1) GDPR.] [Please delete the following personal data concerning me: Specify the data to be deleted here.]"

7. How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?

Vindobona may contain links to other internet websites or online and mobile services provided by independent third parties, including websites of our advertisers and sponsors. Third party sites may be co-branded with Vindobona and so include Vindobona’s trade marks.

It is your decision whether you purchase or use any third party products or services made available on or via third party sites. Our privacy policy does not apply to third party sites.

Vindobona contains advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on Vindobona complies with international and Austrian law. Vindobona is not responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.

8. How will we notify you of changes to this policy?

We will publish an update here on this website so you have the opportunity to review and comment on the revised policy before continuing to use our services. This privacy policy was last updated on May 25, 2018 and replaces with immediate effect all privacy policies previously published.
