The former Austrian Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister will start his new job as Vice-President of the European Union’s bank on 1 July.

Wilhelm Molterer has been appointed Vice-President and member of the Management Committee of the European Investment Bank (EIB). He will take up his duties on 1 July 2011, succeeding Eva Srejber, whose term of office as EIB Vice-President had ended.
