As reported by Statistics Austria, the Industrial Producer Price Index, IPPI 2010, reached 103.6 points in March 2011, representing a price increase of 5.4% compared to March 2010. In February 2011 and January 2011, the annual rate of change had been 5.3% and 5.2%. The increase of the Price Index in March 2011 mainly reflected the rise of prices of intermediate goods (+8.2%).
