The Czech-Slovak investment group has affirmed its interest in a takeover of the Austrian conglomerate and extended the validity of its offer.

Penta Investments, the Central European investment group, has decided to extend the validity of the offer for A-Tec Industries AG. Penta stated that the offer will be extended until the end of August.
