A-Tec boss Mirko Kovats has to find a buyer for his insolvent group by June 30. Investors will need at least € 225m in order to fulfill the payout plan.

According to media reports, five of originally ten potential buyers still want to acquire Mirko Kovats’s insolvent conglomerate A-Tec. The others had refrained from a takeover as they were only interested in individual parts of the group.
