Serious allegations have been made against Board Members of the Austrian conglomerate which is currently negotiating with potential investors. Eight houses have been searched.

A-Tec Industries has become the target of inspections by public prosecutors. In a short press release, the company said that the prosecutor’s office was investigating a potential relevance under criminal law of decisions taken by the board.
