An internal document about a meeting of the ÖBB Supervisory Board in 2008 has now appeared. Bribes are openly talked about.

The allegations are directed in particular against the president of ÖBB’s supervisory board, Horst Pöchhacker. When the Hungarian freight railway MAV (currently RHC, Rail Cargo Hungaria) was taken over by the ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways) in 2008, bribes were allegedly paid out to the Hungarian lobbyist András Gulya.
