A1 Telekom Austria Restructures its M-Payment Subsidiaries: paybox and A1 Bank Merge to Form New paybox Bank AG

A1 Telekom Austria announces a structural change in its wholly owned subsidiaries A1 Bank AG and paybox austria GmbH: the two companies will merge in mid-April, subject to approval by the responsible authorities.
