The investment situation of Austrian companies is analyzed in the liquidity situation report by PwC. There are still frictions present on the capital market.

According to the PwC Consulting Group, Austrian companies have again a high level of cash reserves. The situation has stabilized after the economic crisis. The cash flows of the 35 companies on the ATX Prime Market were analyzed.

The investments in the third quarter of 2010 have amounted again € 1.9bn, which is twice as high as in the first quarter of 2009.
