The Austrian Group OMV AG has concluded its negotations with Dogan Holding, the previous major owner of Petrol Ofisi´s shares. Petrol Ofisi acts as operator of petrol stations in Turkey. The stake of 54,17 percent is now sold to the OMV, which pays 1 billion euros therefore. The stake of the OMV on Petrol Ofisi now amounts to 95,75 percent. As a result, OMV now has the complete and…
