STRABAG SE increases its stake in h s energieanlagen Austria from 43 percent to 100 percent in order to enlarge fluidised bed technology for energy production.

The Strabag Group recently took over 100% of h s energieanlagen Austria, located in Vienna, before Strabag already held 43 % indirectly. At the same time the shareholding of 43 % in the German corporations of the h s group has been released.

Furthermore the company name of h s energieanlagen, Austria will be changed into Strabag Energietechnik. Herewith Strabag is enlarging their…
