The exchange of blows between Meinl Bank and Atrium is getting more violent. Meinl Bank is presently filing a claim before the Arbitration Court of the Economic Chamber.

The dispute between Meinl Bank and the successor company of the former real estate company Meinl European Land (MEL) is richer by one facet now. Meinl Bank announced already a month ago that it would take further steps against Atrium, as the latter started a € 1.2bn suit against the bank for damages.
