The Austrian bank files lawsuits against the successor company of her former real-estate funds MEL.

The claims of Meinl Bank are in the name of the small investors of the former real estate fund Meinl European Land (MEL), which was later bought by Atrium and renamed “Atrium European Real Estate”.

The Bank owns the rights of action within the framework of a concluded agreement between approximately 4,400 investors and the Bank, which provides compensation for over € 18.3m.…
