Personnel costs per employee of Austrian companies, according to the Labor Chamber (AK) have grown less than half as strong as productivity since 2003.

"These results show that there is enough room for a fair wages policy, working time reduction and job creation, and this should be used by now", says AK President Johann Kalliauer.
