High-level delegations from Russia and the USA continued their talks on nuclear disarmament in Vienna today.
Both Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and US Special Envoy Marshall Billingslea emphasized their willingness to engage in dialogue prior to this third round of talks.
