Winter has so far been satisfactory for the hotel industry, January in particular contributed to good overnight stays: 14.39m (+3.7%) overnight stays were recorded in the first month of the year. Mathias Koch of the Hotel Industry Association says: "It is gratifying that the industry has been able to reach again the pre-crisis level."
