Decline in Austrian Consumer Price Inflation to +3.0% in January 2012.

The annual inflation rate of the Consumer Price Index  measured by Statistics Austria was 3.0% in January 2012 (December 2011: 3.2%, November 2011: 3.6%). The decline of the inflation rate compared to previous months was mainly due to statistical base effects.
