Sanochemia: Capital Increase Disappointing

The Austrian pharmaceutical company could not meet its own expectations regarding the capital increase. A strategic investor bailed out.

The Vienna-based Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG concluded the capital increase, which has been resolved by March 31. Sanochemia´s proceeds amount to € 4.48m - 1.4m shares were issued at € 3.20. However, the initial plan was to increase the company´s capital by € 16.25m.
