The Board of Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG has resolved today to acquire Alvetra & Werfft GmbH with the approval of the supervisory board. Alvetra & Werfft GmbH is a veterinary pharmaceutical company and is currently 100% owned by J. Medinger & Söhne, whose unlimited partner is Dr. Werner Frantsits.
