No competition for Austrian Post
The letter market remains under control of the Post in Austria. Despite liberalization plans, there are no interested parties on the market.

The plans to liberalize the Austrian market for mail deliveries have initially failed. No alternative providers to the Post are to be fond. This is to be concluded from the "Wirtschaftsblatt", which received a confirmation from a spokeswoman for the RTR regulating agency that there are no interested parties to acquire the corresponding license.
