On average, each private household spends €2 910 per month. "Housing, energy" accounts for the largest share of household expenditure with 23.8%, followed by "Transport" with 15.0%, "Leisure, sports and hobbies" with 12.8% and "Food, non-alcoholic beverages" with 12.1%.

Housing equipment has a share of 6.9%, expenses for eating out as well as for clothing and shoes is 5.7%…
