Workers in the metal industry receive a strong wage increase. The minimum wage rises by 2.5%.

165,000 workers receive a wage increase retroactive to November 1, 2010. Since a minimum amount has been agreed on, the workers with the lowest incomes get wage increases of up to 3%.
