The real estate Kaufmann group from Linz starts its second major project in the Croatian capital. The investment volume amounts to € 130 million.

Only two weeks ago, the Kaufmann group finished the construction of the "City Center one Split" shopping center in the port city of Split. The first shopping center was inaugurated four years ago. The group operates as a real estate investor, developer and operator.
