Réné Benko, a real estate investor from Tyrol, seems to know only one direction: upwards. His Signa group of companies already encompasses a volume of 4.5 billion euro. Alone in 2010 700 million euro were invested in property, contrary to the current trend in the industry. Last year it was 500 million euro.
