Regarding Hungary´s competitiveness, there is a clear downward trend. This year, Hungary is expected to achieve an economic turnaround.

According to the World Economic Forum´s (WEF) survey, Hungary´s competitiveness deteriorates. In the last years, Hungary could make a substantial progress. From rank 62 in 2008, Hungary moved to rank 48 in 2011.
