The former CEO of German Lufthansa, Wolfgang Mayrhuber, is leaving. He will be succeeded by Christoph Franz, who has previously lead the airline Swiss. As part of the staff restructuring at Lufthansa, the subsidiary Austrian Airlines (AUA) get a new chairman: Thierry Antinori, previously responsible for Lufthansa sales.
