The demand for temporary workers has increased strongly on the Austrian labor market strong, reaching almost the level before the economic crisis.

Temporary workers are in demand. By the end of July there were 66,000 temporary employees in Austria, representing a rise of 15.4% compared to the previous year, according to the Social Affairs Ministry.
