Latvia´s Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis argues that euro-bonds may be implemented at the end of the convergence process.

Dombrovskis thinks the the introduction of euro-bonds would be too early now. “This does not help us now. We cannot fight the crisis with euro-bonds now. At the end of the integration process this may be conceivable, but not now.”
