Epic Acquires 93% of Ukrtelecom

The Austrian investment company Epic has reached an agreement to acquire 93% of the Ukrainian company for € 1.0bn

The Viennese consulting and investment company Epic LLC, which was the only bidder on the selling process, reached an agreement with the Ukrainian State Property Fund. The price for Ukrtelecom amounts to € 1.0bn.
