Berglandmilch Merger Approved
The merger between the Austrian market leader Berglandmilch and Tirolmilch was approved by the Federal Competition Authority (FCA).

The merger between the already largest and the fourth-largest dairy in Austria is final now. In future, the Berglandmilch group, which already operates in Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Styria and Carinthia, will also dominate the Tyrol market. Sales will grow from € 604m to about € 740m.
