Alpenmilch and Käsehof Under the Leadership of Christian Leeb
After the merger between Alpenmilch Salzburg and Käsehof in the summer of 2010, both companies are under common management: Alpenmilch CEO Christian Leeb has now been appointed by the General Assembly also as Käsehof CEO.

Franz Zehentner, who has previously managed the cheese company, will remain in office, as was announced on Thursday in a press release.
Käsehof processes about 50 million kilos of milk with its 120 employees. More than half of them are bio-milk or bio-hay-milk. The main products are mountain cheese and Emmental, about two thirds being exported, mainly to Germany. For this…
