Former Govenor of the Austrian National Bank (OeNB) Klaus Liebscher, head of the state-controlled bank holding enterprise Fimbag, will become the chairman of the supervisory board of crisis-struck bank Hypo Group, according to Austrian newspaper „Kurier“.
