Austria: “Financial Crisis is Not Yet Over”

Deputy Chancellor and Finance Minister Michael Spindelegger considers the financial crisis not to be completely over.

“We can only be relaxed once the crisis has actually been overcome. This is not the case yet but we have come to the last third,” Spindelegger said today ahead of the beginning of the Council of EU Finance Ministers in Athens.

According to him, nobody knows in advance when exactly the crisis will be over. “Now a gradual return to normal is happening,” Spindelegger said.…
