Chinese Zhengzhou Hi-Tech Non-woven Technology announced the acquisition of three plants in Austria, Germany and Italy from Oerlikon Neumag, a subsidiary of the Swiss Oerlikon Group.
The three factories with a total headcount of 250 will be sold in the course of a strategic realignment. Oerlikon Neumag sells its carding business and will in the future focus on its main business…
