Swiss authorities have dropped the case against the Russian billionaire Viktor Vekselberg and the two Austrian investors, Georg Stumpf and Ronny Pecik. The Swiss Ministry of Finance has stopped any further investigations against the group in exchange for a payment of 10 million francs.
