In the first half of 2011, Vienna Airport recorded an increase in passengers of 8.6% to 9.66 million. The number of flight movements (arrivals + departures) rose 1.4% to 120,869. Cargo traffic showed a decline of 3.9% to 142,516 tons in the first six months of the year.
