Ewald Kirschner will temporarily lead the Supervisory Board until CEO Christoph Herbst takes over the chair again. Opinions are divided concerning the privatization of the company.

Ewald Kirschner, close to the SPÖ, takes over the conduction of the Supervisory Board, after Karl Samstag surprisingly made available his position. Kirschner will make room in turn for the current CEO Christoph Herbst as soon as he changes over from the Management Board to the Supervisory Board.
