Contrary to the expectations Prime Minister Alenka Bratusek will remain in office after her defeat in the power struggle with party member of Positive Slovenia (PS) Zoran Jankovic.

Bratusek announced wanting to remain in office as head of the government until the early elections which, in accordance to her wishes, should take place in July.
The Prime Minister stressed that early elections were a fact. However, hasty actions could harm the country which is why she intended to search for a corresponding solution with the coaltion partner within this week.…
