Slovakia Wants to Strengthen Co-Operation with Austria

After a meeting between Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and President of Austria´s National Council Barbara Prammer, both emphasized their willingness to realize more common projects in future.

According to Prammer, Slovakia is an important partner for Austria in the EU and in the Eurozone. Fico underlined the big exposure of Austrian firms in Slovakia, the membership of both countries in the Eurozone and the proximity of the two capitals Bratislava and Vienna. The Slovak Prime Minister argued that the two countries should join their forces even better in future.
