Slovakia: Budget Deficit Decreased Slightly

Last month, the Slovak state deficit was down to € 2.59bn. In August, the deficit stood at € 2.68bn.

According to the Slovak Ministry of Finance, the Slovak budget deficit will come at € 3.675bn. At the moment, the current deficit comes at 70.4% of that sum. In the first nine months of 2012, public revenues reached € 8.2bn. Compared to the reference period of 2011, this is a decrease by 0.89%.
