Today, the Telekom Austria Group has been informed that América Móvil Europa B.V., Netherlands holds 16.01% of total shares of Telekom Austria AG as today the closing of the stock purchase agreement with the subsidiary of RPR Privatstiftung, Vienna, announced on 15 June, 2012, which has been subject to conditions precedent, has taken place.
