The Mexican investor, who recently acquired a 25.9% in Telekom Austria, wants to expand in Poland.

Slim is said to acquire the Polish network provider Hawe and the mobile operator P4. –according to Puls Biznesu, two other potential bidders aim to enter Hawe. The company plans to increase its capital by PLN 250m.
The other target company P4 is Poland´s fourth largest telecommunication company. Slim already tried to acquire the P4´s competitor Polkomtel.
