Austrian Wholesale price index in April 2011: +9.5% against April 2010. Main Drivers are Cereals, Fuel and Fertilizer.

As reported by Statistics Austria the index of wholesale prices, WPI 2010, amounted to 109.6 (preliminary value) in April 2011 and has increased by 0.2% against March 2011. Compared to April 2010 the wholesale prices rose by 9.5%, after 12.1% in March 2011.

Against March 2011, solid fuel prices rose by 5.6%, the group "coffee, tea, cocoa and spices" showed plus of 3.6%. Prices…
