The meeting of EU foreign ministers at the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) focused on current trouble spots such as developments in Belarus and Libya.
In the run-up to the discussions, the EU Foreign Ministers met with the Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya.
