The Vienna-based Sanochemia Pharmaceuticals purchased Alvatra & Werft, including its subsidiaries in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The acquisition was effected by September 19 2011. After the positive due diligence check and the affirmation of the supervisory board, the acquisition has been backdated by January 1 2011.
The acquisition price was € 5.2m.…
