Poland´s government has completed a government reshuffle. Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski was promoted to Donald Tusk´s Deputy Prime Minister.

Minister of Economics Janusz Piechocinski from the junior coalition party PSL will not be the only Deputy Prime Minister anymore. Tusk stresses that Poland´s Minister of Finance should have a stronger position in the cabinet. “Thus I will nominate him as Deputy Prime Minister.” Tusk announced today.
