A major shareholding in Austrian AMAG will be sold. Ronny Pecik, who is said to be interested, is not welcome.

One Equity Partners, a subsidiary of the U.S. investment JP Morgan bank sells a 34.5% stake in the Austrian aluminum producer. Market observers assume that there are several potential buyers for AMAG´s shares. Also the Russian investor Oleg Deripaska was initially said to bid for the stake, rumors said. Meanwhile, the rumor proved wrong.
