About one third of Austrian aluminum producer´s shares are for sale. Raiffeisen and B&C are potential buyers.

The ownership structure of Austria Metall AG (AMAG) may vary soon. The financial investor One Equity Partners (OEP), which holds 34.5% of AMAG´s shares, sells its remaining stakes. Before AMAG´s IPO in April 2011, OEP was the sole owner. OEP is a subsidiary of the U.S. investment bank JP Morgan. As the IPO was not satisfying at all, OEP did not sell its shares at once.
