After restructuring, the Vienna beer and mineral water producer plans to grow through acquisitions.

The stock exchange listed company is about to complete restructuring. After the merger with Vöslauer Mineralwasser the group will operate as "Ottakringer Getränke AG".

For the coming months, Ottakringer plans to grow through the acquisition of the Hungarian Pecs brewery and the beverage manufacturer Kolarik & Leeb. Both companies generate sales in the tens of millions.…
